Q.2 What is your Approach in those practice sessions ahead of the season?
Ans: Mostly the practice sessions, especially for the new players are to understand what they require, we are having discussions at an individual level with them to know where we look to play them in the match. As a team, we are having discussions about the team environment that we intend to create. Some of them are new this year we are trying to tell them the same things that we did last year, like what we intend to do, what is good for the team environment. Rishabh Pant IPL 2022
Q.3 What was the feeling like to meet Ponting this season?
Ans: It’s always special whenever we meet him. It’s like meeting a family member. Everyone looks up to him like he is gonna say something different, he is gonna attract everyone. So everyone is looking positive after watching Ricky actually.
Q.4 How do you feel to get out there in the nets?
Ans: It feels great. Always good to have open nets. In Delhi, we don’t get many open nets. But I think we are having a really good practice session and hopefully, we can take this practice to the matches.
Q.5 How excited are you to have the tournament back in India?
Ans: Obviously excited a lot because we have been playing outside India for the last two years. It’s a completely different feeling to have the home crowd around and the support that you get. Obviously enjoying a lot.
