Sandesh Jhingan joins Bengaluru FC

Bengaluru FC have officially announced that their players would have a meet-up with the fans before they reach Kolkata for the Durand cup. Surprisingly, Sandesh Jhingan appeared with all the fans chanting. The Blues have already formed a star-studded squad following the inclusions of Roy Krishna, Javi Hernandez, and Prabir Das. The addition of Sandesh will certainly improve their defense by a long margin.

Sandesh previously played for ATK Mohun Bagan, joining the club for the 2020-21 season. After a disastrous spell in HNK Sibenik, Sandesh re-joined the Mariners and helped the club to reach the Inter-zonal semifinal of the AFC Cup. However, both have mutually parted ways due to some disagreements that we will disclose in the future.

Bengaluru FC are currently preparing for the Durand Cup 2022 which will start on 16 August. Meanwhile, the Blues will start their campaign against Indian Air Force on 23 August at the Kishore Bharati Stadium.
