Maheesh Theekshana IPL 2022: Maheesh Theeksana is a 23-year-old Srilankan player who got picked for CSK this year and plays for them. Played against RCB and got two important wickets. He had a discussion on his journey with the media team. So, let’s know more about it.

Q.1 What do you think about CSK?

Ans: Actually, I like CSK, I like Dhoni so much. Yesterday I played table tennis with him. I think he has all the skills in cricket, football, and table tennis. I think he can do anything. Actually, a dream come true to play here.

Q.2 When do you know that you play for CSK?

Ans: I was in a match in Australia in 2^nd t20 Internationals, when a fan told me you are going to play for CSK. I thought they are joking or something. When I go to the dressing room Lasith Malinga told me I got picked by CSK. Yeah, it’s a big part of my journey.

Q.3 Have you ever thought CSK will pick you in the mega Auction?

Ans: I thought they will bid for me this year, I think I am very lucky. However, I have done my homework in the last two or three years. So, I think it is the result of homework this year. Maheesh Theekshana IPL.

Q.4 What does Muralidharan tell you?

Ans: I ran into Muthaiya as he was with the other players in a chill chat. He was my favorite cricketer actually when I was playing for the Srilankan team. After 2013, CSK never bid on a Srilankan player, and I am really proud of myself that they bid for me and picked me for the franchise. I am trying to go for more improvement after the series, and the world cup is coming in Australia. So I am progressing on that with the experience that I getting In here.
